Default DS450X Problems

Yep, also im thinkin about throwing on my K&N filter removing the lid and taking the baffle outta the stock exhuast and cutting the pink wire, will my bike run fine with this done to it untell i get a power cammander and exhuast system?

Try to remove the lid but you'll likely be too lean. This thing has a large intake already, so adding more air is really not needed.

Most with the pink wire cut or power commander trim about an inch off the top sides of the airbox leaving enough material to support the lid.

But work up to it, don't just start cutting. If it's too lean without the lid and too rich with the lid, remove a little bit at a time till you hit your sweet spot, though I'd just wait for the Power Commander before that happens.

Default DS450X Problems

Well i think im just gona leave my ds stock untell i get my power cammander+full exhuast, but i did roll my ds last night at florence dunes and it took about 25 rolls down the mountin and only thing i got from that was a flat front left tire, also raced a 06 yfz with intake+K&N filter w/20x10x10 9 paddle extreme haulers and spanked it by about 1 quad length and i was usin 20x10x10 10 paddle extreme hualers on my stock ds
