Best way to tell is to pull up the past 90 days of history on ebay and see what the SUCCESSFUL auctions ended at. That is the fair market value. Real world prices by real people. We'd all love to get KBB dream sheet prices but it just ain't happening. You'll see stuff listed over and over for the same price, some folks just don't get it. If an eight year old ATV didn't sell for $5K last week it going to this week, or next!
