Nobody has had this problem or knows what it might be.

There has to be a short somewhere, does your tail light work when the head light is out?

How often do they blow ? As soon as you put in a new bulb , or does it blow them shortly after you replace the bulb ?

The reason i ask is that i had a 1993 Suzuki LT4WD 300 KQ that blew the bulbs in a very short peroind of time , however this quad had the 4 headlamps and would blow one and the other soon after replacement of the first one to blow ; it turned out to be the lack of using Di Electric grease on the bulb contacts and bulb sockets !........
