Go to a 15 or 14 tooth front sprocket, and get an aftermarket carb like a TM45 or Mr. Horsepower Lectron 46hv. You will more than likely be faster than the 660.

Yea i have both the DS and Raptor, DS is faster, but the Rappy is snappy and will give a challange, sounds like your not jetted right which will kill ur performance, even off by the slightest bit makes a huge diff, a rev box and pipe like u have will satisfy you, for a while lol, then u might catch that "must go faster" bug and u can hit up the carb, intake, etc. a 185 is a big jet for a slip on id say, read your spark plug, if its black your to rich, if its white your to lean, try a 175 and take your air box lid off, your engine will tell you exactly what you need, even if u go slow down a short stretch at a steady throttle, if it bogs down some than its getting to much gas so ur jet is to big, if it sputters and hesitates than its starving for more gas so your jet is to small

its a 2000 with a pro circuit t4 slip on big gun rev box and it seems to be jetted right, the spark plugs are brown.

Yep, sounds like it's time for you to go with a new aftermarket carb and front sprocket. You will be pleased to say the least!

Yep, time for carb and new intake box, or the lack of. Just by putting on a tm 45 or a lectron46 will be night and day different.

I cut the lid off the air box, bought some Holeshot 6 ply tires for better traction. Can I get away with buying just the front sprocket instead of the kit with the rear and chain. How many teeth should I go down?
