changing piston doin some head work and a buddy drop by to check in on progress asked what the difference between cometic gasket and stock showed him the thickness but anyway he threw a idea out to loose two of the cometic gasket im just want to know if any one has tryed this my guess is it wont seal properly?

 

I would keep the cometic how it is, and if you want more compression get the highest comp piston you can get and mill your head.

 

You can order the Cometic gasket in several different thicknesses if you want to mess around with compression, but watch out you don't change the valve timing too much.
