2007 CAN-AM DS650X
I own a brand new 2007 ds650x I ve been reading around this forum a lil bit and ive found bits and pieces of people talking about different ways of changing the oil.
Can someone please tell me the proper way of doing this.
ex: do i just drain the engine do i have to drain the the oil tank if so how do i.
Also can anyone tell me if it matters which way I have the plug wires. if it does matter can someone give me some land marks as to get the plug wires correct.
I called Wood Racing cause i bought and exhaust and rev box from them they told me that i should see a drastic change in performance and to just ride it a see but I don't see or feel any difference all help is greatly appreciated

You should have gotten quite a bit of performance change out of the RWR additions. Pull up OMR's stock carb mod summary and get that done ASAP. It will really compliment what you've already done.
You must drain the tank when you drain the case. The plug on the right side of the bike underneath the tank will drain it and the fitting that the hose goes into on the left side has to come out to clean the screen. Few shots of carb cleaner on the screen, shake it dry, reinstall, change filter on case, reinstall drain plug, top back off with your preference of 40w and enjoy the ride.
