MATTY im thinkin that goodyear makes a belt for can-ams too the 800 have the same problems dads went out just spinning the tires not touchin the ground (being dumb) can-am dealer said that your not to spin the tires or the belt breaks ?????? i know it sounded dumb to me to unless im the dumb one.

Thanks for the input! I think I have heard of that belt and what the hell, I;ll give it a shot...what do I got to lose...LOL

i wonder if they checked alignment under load... the trq of the motor can put the motor/clutch out of aligned... not cheap and a real pain to change belts [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

We did the test on a lift only...no load! I wasn't aware that it could be done under load! How would I do that??? I'm going to mess with the weights today and see where that takes me also! Thanks!!!

OK...So we get to putting in the new weights and come to find that I'm missing a weight set up! I only have five instead of six! Don't know if it will matter but I got something solid to go on now!!!!!

Well the jury is in and I think I've got it all figured out finally but I wont know until this weekend when I sink er in the mud!!! Keep your fingers crossed for me :-)

low side.....low side......low side. under 15mph of operation use low side. i have 27" mudgears on mine and have 4,000 miles and only on my second belt! the bike does mud, drag racing(ALOT) i use it to push/pull cars and trucks around the yard, haul wood in, if you can use it, i have done it!
