The HPR open end cap does wonders over alot of slip on's. I'd compare the HPR end cap to the gains gotten from the Big Gun Race series complete, way better than the HMF, a little shy of the Yoshi RS-3, just name name a few. For the money you can't go wrong with the HPR end cap. The cheap knock offs on ebay aren't the same.
Stick with the tried and proven CDI's. Big Gun again, and Vortex. Lots of folks have had lots of issues with the Procomm and other cheaper models commonly found on ebay.

What other mods/upgrades have you done up to this point?

Everything that you were looking at is fine. When it comes to a pipe you need to fine out what is the db is in your state, Wisconsin is 98 bd i got a 180.00 dollar ticket for having a pipe to loud.but you can't go wrong with a HPR endcap, or even a slip on. just make sure you jet it right with a new pipe.

im still confused what the difference is between the HPR end cap and the ebay ones and where to get an HPR one. im not to worried about the db they will not do much about it here. the guy selling the rev box says he thinks it will work. and now just to figure out what to do for the intake side of things

You can pick up the HPR one from OMW Racing. The difference is that his has been R&D'd to get it to provide the best gains possible. The ones on ebay are for looks, bling factor if you will. There is a huge difference between the one that is proven and the cheap knock offs you find elsewhere.
Jetting and gearing come into play along with minor bolt on upgrades. What type of riding do you primarily do?
