Default Hand on a 02 DS650 Baja

My friend deployed and gave is baja to me. the thing is, it doesnt run at all..lol!

When i first got it, it would crank but just wouldnt fire up. Spray carb cleaner in the TB and get a small backfire but still crank.

im not familiar with quads, mechanically wise, but is there a manual i can download somewhere so i can learn?

Also, tried starting it tonight and is cranked and cranked but nothing, so i jumped it with my car, but nothing. then waited and tried again but the start button doesnt work.

on the two coils under gas tank, one wire comes from the starter button to the clip with another wire that goes to the other coil right?

Did you drain the fuel out of the bowl or clean it out? Fresh gas?

Are you getting spark at the plugs?

i pulled the plugs to see if i got compression and nothing. Other than rings or seals, what could cause no compression? Also, when checking, should I have the throttle open when cranking with finger in spark plug hole?

if i have no compression from the spark plug holes, but a lot of force out of the exhaust, what does that mean? Not to mention my battery dies quick. i hook it up to my car, with car off then it will crank but once i remove it and after maybe an hour or so it won't crank at all.

ok i checked the valve clearance and everyting checks out. i tried to start it but the same. so i sprayed carb cleaner into the throttle body and as normal a puff. but then afterwards it sounding like it wanted to fire...puff..puff..puff about 6 or 7 times then nothing, so im guessing that was the carb cleaner. i think im going to take it to a shop and have them look at it.

side note..after checking the clearances, i started getting puffs of air out of the spark plug holes, but when i put my finger over them, no resistance.
