Is there anywhere besides Ron Woods to get engine mods from. His prices are pretty damn high. Look how cheap a rev box is for a 400ex, or cams, even big bores. I know the DS is still new but come on only one place.

Team Pami is a German manufacturer that has been "hot rodding" this motor since it came out in 94. They carry everything from ignition boxes to 760cc big bore kits.[5.5MM cylinder increase = 3MM stroke] I currently Have the first 760 kit in a quad and am solving small issues on it for them. I can say that even with a little 40MM flat slide carb, a stage 3 Woods motor could not keep up and there is alot more potential with a bigger carb. I'm starting to import these motors and parts, so if you have any questions, e-mail me. Final prices have not been set yet.

 

Knutz, I sold my 2000 DS and have a polished HSR42 carb with temporary boot and thumb throttle cable for sale if you want to experiment with it. The carb will gain several tenths of a second over a stock DS650 in a drag. The CFM is rated very high.

 

So does this mean there is actually going to be an english speaking person who we can go to to find out information about their products? I have a feeling the german engineering is good but I'm just not in the mood to learn German just to have mods for my ATV. Are you going to be creating an english website with more info on the kits etc?

 

Thanks for bringing it up DFW, but with the size of the motor and the port work and the cams, I think a 45MM is about as small as I should go. I'll be handing it over to Dynojet Research soon so they can get me some results.

Hey scooby how much for your carb. Will it realy add alot of power with a graydon pipe I am ordering.Does it have an accelerator pump. If the stock carb is a 42 how will another 42 help the power.With the 22-11-1010 paddle haulers will it make the back taller than the front will I need to get some 23 inch mowhawks or will it be fine how it is How does the alba pipe perform.If anyone has any paddle tires pipes or rev boxes for sale email me at sb.powell@mindpring.com
