Connected to your two floats is a brass needle that rest in an o-ring when it is seated properly. If it's hung open for any reason you will get fuel coming out of the overflow hose.
Hope this helps a little.

Okay, the bottom part of item 32 connects to item 26. The top part of 32, the valve, sets in the bottom of the carb housing, item 1. Bottom part of 32, which is tapered like a needle, seats into the o-ring that is on the bottom of the valve.
Hopefully that provided a little more insight!lol

also, after spending a good hour or so trying to connect my new throttle cable to the carb i realized this cr*p!!!!!! is missing item #61!!!! omg, this bike is going to drive my insane! im tired of ordering parts only to find other missing ones.

#61 is just a nut to lock the sleeve from the cable in to place. Keeps your throttle cable adjustment set. I'm sure you could find one at your local hardware store for less than the $5 listed.

ace,

sorry for all the questions,

inside the carb where that nut (#61) goes, the little piece for pertrudes out, does the nut thread into it?or it just goes in there and the cable sleeve threads onto the nut?

nvm, i dont think the nut screws into the carb, it just fits inside and the sleeve screws onto it, thats how the previous twist throttle was setup and it was fine.

thank you for all the help!
