im looking at buying a 98 polaris magnum 425 4x4. my dad used to have a 95 polaris magnum 425 4x4 and had a few problems with it. he was saying that the low in the tranny didnt work very well going down a steep hill. he said it would just go and you would have to brake the whole time. so i need some imput on the 98 magnum. does the low range do the same thing? or does it actually creep down a hill when in low and doesnt just free wheel down?
