I need a little help with my DS not starting. Well, it does start eventually but then just dies. It was running great and I'd take it out about once a week to just get the oil all over and charge up the battery but I skipped a week, which turned into 3 weeks due to having company in town. Anyway, I knew I'd probably have to jump it to get it going and take it for a long ride but if I get it goingi can't keep it going. It just cuts out. It runs strong while it's running so I don't know what the deal is....any ideas? TIA!

 

I would check your gas. Drain the tank and start fresh. Also, if the battery is real weak it can create problems. My battery has been giving me issues and now I keep it on a tender all the time. Seems to be running much better.
