If it started before, I'd bet it's just a safety switch.

Might try pushing down on the foot brake too.

 

I figured it out. You were right it was the brake. Idk y I never thought of that before. Fired right up. Thanks for your help. I'll try the seat when I get home anyway I need to familiarize myself with it as much as possible.
