Good lord, what is stock????? If stock is 13 like on the Raptor, with a 18 or 19 you'd probably be toppin out over 90, but you'd be slow as hell off the line.

First off, I still dont know what all this "big gap between 1st and 2nd" stuff was all about. I never really noticed any problem. Also with the addition of the pipe and the jet kit each gear seemed to rev out real quick. It felt like it had further to go but the sprocket wasn't letting it. Seems about right with the bigger sprocket. Also I took what u said like a joke, let me know if it really was in good humor or if u meant to be a jackass.

you'd have to file away the casing where the case saver used to mount wouldn't you, to maintain a small mount of clearance from chain vibration? Have you tested the fit yet? I may be interested? How much $?

Jimmie, you are obviously one of those people that isn't happy unless they are arguing. You know what? Even if that so-called problem is a HUGE issue, I dont really care, because mine runs great and I love it. Every mod I do makes me like it more. So you can knock me for putting more money into my machine, but thats what 99% of people do, its half the fun of having an ATV, is tuning it and making it even better. If some people feel a gap between 1st and 2nd and it pisses them off then that sucks for them, cause I'm loving life when I'm on mine. You're the kind of person that ruins these forums.

I have a 37 tooth rear, but where can I get a 17 tooth front for the DS? Also, do you have to mod the case saver to add a 18 or 19?

Scooby, have any pics of the new turbo set-up? I'd like to see how clean the set-up looks installed. Does it come with a parachute to slow down?
