You can get a 17 from Ron Wood.
I'm running a 17/37 and yes, I had to modify the Case Saver for the 17 to work. I'm sure the same would apply to an 18 or 19.

sprocketspecialists.com also has them for $37.00(front) and $57.00 (rear).

Sidewinder Sprockets say they have 14 to 17 tooth for $40 to $50 each. I found out today a 15 tooth is $50...ouch.
