Hey guys, i just bought a 2005 DS650 and when we went to check it out, it wouldn't start. It would crank it but wouldn't actually fire up. We bump stated it and then it fired right up and ran well. I brought it home and tried to start it and got nothing, however it did bump start. When i try to hit the electric start switch, the starter (i think) makes some noises which i can make a video of tomorrow. When we bump start it, there is no smoke and it feels to have no loss of power at all. It looks like its not used very much and the previous owner had it stored outside for abut 5 months before us going to look at it. Any ideas to what it could be?

What is "bump" start....rolling it off? I'm thinking a battery/connection issue or.....valves require adjusting as they may be tto tight.

I rolled the quad down a hill and dropped the clutch to make it start

Try to jump start it, if it works I would guess its battery/connection issues. If it doesn't its probably starter issues.
