Hey guys just bought this 2000 DS650 rode it around for the first time after about an hour of riding it it started to pop every once in awhile through the carb. Then a little while later it stalled out so I let it sit a minute hit the button it fired right back up. I did notice that the fun is running a lot but im not sure how often then fan should be on

 

check your valve adjustment S/B 8-12

 

mine did the same thing i took the carb apart and cleaned it and replaced the o rings for the needle and seat runs great now
