Ok I have a 2002 Traxter 500 which shifts up electrically but not down. I disassembled the handlebar switch (but did not take the buttons off) and sprayed electronic cleaner liberally then reassembled it and it was FIXED, shifted up and down great. Next day, it will not shift down again?!? Took it apart again and sprayed it down again (it was dirty the 1st time and slightly the second time) then put it all back together and it is not downshifting again.
Anyone have any experience and solutions/ideas?
