I confirmed that the throttle stop is not the issue, the thumb opens all the way to the start and stop under the cable cover on the carb. Does the rubber diaphragm limit the power if it is somehow messed up? Motor is sound, no noise smoke nor leaks, carb is just cleaned and did not need it 🤔
