Is 130 psi bad for a compression check on the DS650 w/o disabling the decompressor?

I bought the tach over a year ago from woods, so he could be using something differnt now. My tach is labeled 19205-0802. It is an autometer Pro-Cycle 3 3/4" 10,000 RPM backlit tach. black background and face, white rpm numbers, yellow tic marks, orange needle.

What was your compression reading?

The motor measured 215psi with the auto decompression temporarily disabled. According to the formula:

compression = 14.7*(CR)^(1.1 to 1.2)

we should be somewhere in the range 180 to 225, so my motor is fine.

The valves may be a little too tight though.
