DS chain slack?

That is close to what I am running. I have actualy never ajdusted mine. It is three months old and well past break in. I run it on mx tracks and sand pits and it never seems to get any looser. I agree that the factory recomended setting is a little on the tight side. That huge 530 chain seems to be hard to strech. Everyone says that if you do not adjust the chain to recomended slack it will eat the chain roller and that if you run any mx it will be destroyed almost instantly, but mine still looks realy good.

I used to say that about my chain roller. Now the bike is about a 1 1/2 years old the chain roller really started to come apart. Did you know the outer part is actually made of rubber? It was cracking badly so I replaced it with one from UPP. 800-oem-poly $24.95 They come in yelow, black and red.

Mystereid, I was wondering about your modified end cap. Did you modify it yourself? Purchase the Pingry one or somwhere else? Do you need to change the stock air filter and re-jet with the modified end cap? I ride at an elevation of about 550 ft to 1000ft. What jet would you recommend with the modified end cap? I am the one having trouble reading you email for some reason. All I see is a blank email from your email address.
