On my fourth set of heel guards- can't find a set that will last
Foot pegs

I've ripped 3 stock Ohtsu tires (junk), bent an axle (my fault), and broke the rear plastic (my fault again).

 

I have owned three DS 650s, an '01, an '02 Baja, and an '05 Viper, and have accumulated around 6000 miles worth of use on all of them put together.

Total damage that was not self inflicted (such as bent set of handlebars from a rollover), ... has been:

One oil pressure switch replaced under warranty

On my old DS..... WAY WAY WAY too much to list..... Even a MUCH bigger list than baja Iowa.....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

 

I had like 4 or 5 oil pressure switches go bad in a matter of nine months. Other then that it is just fine.

Btw this is a very old topic. lol date started was like 2001

 

I too am a Polaris owner and enjoy reading posts like this because I am interested in the Outlander Max. It appears that people who posted are into the high performance bikes. I would enjoy some reviews of the Outlander for the old geezers like me.

I am afraid to finish this next statement due to Murphys Law.
I have had no problems except when I power washed it once and got one of the sensors wet causing the red warning light to come on.
Other than that, nothing.
I have raced it in Hare Scrambles and have taken it to the MX track where it has been run hard.
