I plan on getting a Chevy Avalanche and was wondering if my DS would fit?

Thanx

Nope. I looked at one right when they came out and the box is tiny. Too short and narrow.

A TRX80 wouldn't fit behind one of those things.

It's a sport-utility with a special place for groceries in the back, you would for sure have to get a trailer to haul anything around with the Avalanche.
Those are neat looking vehicles.

Having just purchased a 2500 Avalanche, I can tell you my 500 sportsman will fit in the back. The Box is 5ft 3 inches long an just over 48" wide. I do have to leave the gate down, if I took the midgate out I could probably close the gate, I havent tried it yet. But I also have a big trailer to haul upto 4 quads, and I could use the box for all the gear, helmets, dirty closes after riding, and such. The 2500 I have comes with the 8100 vortec, I got the 4.10 rear gear to pull just about anything I want. So far this has been a good truck.
