Not usable in Wisconsin

I know this is not entirely on topic. However Michigan states that an atv is 3 or 4 wheel with a seat you straddle like a motorcycle and is 500cc or less.
I found that interesting when I read it and wondered what they do with a Grizzly since all ATVs are required to be "Titled" in Michigan.
I can post the web site if any is really interested.

I know there's some DS650's at the Ski-Doo dealers, so I'm sure they can sell them. Maybe they can sell them and not register them? Anybody that lives in Wisconsin, can you tell me how the Black River Falls trails are, we are going there 4th of July weekend with about 10 machines.

Dealers can sell the DS in WI, but they can not sell you tags for them.
Black River Falls is very sandy. Wide trails, wide enough to ride two abreast. Lot's of high bank corners, hills, tight as well as open stretches. Play areas on the sides, mud holes and big jump'n.
Light sport quads rule at Black River!
I ride down there 10 - 15 times a summer. Post something when it get closer to the 4th. Maybe we can setup a ride.

The Black river falls trails are pretty awesome. Banked corners long open sections that were pretty whooped out when we went. Even goes on the road a little ways. If it is dry I would highly recommend wearing goggles and a dust mask or bandana. It gets really dusty. Our group might go up on memorial day weekend. It wasn't to crowded last year at that time.

Where did you here that??? I bought one in johnson creek and know of at least four others that have been sold in the state. Oh and by the way, I already have my state registration back. I think the state is redoing there atv classification. I saw many traxters on the trails and for sale. According to the state law an ATV has to be under 650 lbs and 48"narrower or less. In another area the state says that they have to be under 700lbs. I think the state is Confused!!! I don't think that they are real strict unless something very recent has happened. How many Heavy utility quads do you know of? Lots. Like all of the polaris Work horse models. Strange laws
