Hey everyone,

I could use some information about my DS650. I've had a DS650 for a few months now and every once in a while it will backfire. Is this a problem with the carb jetting? Sometimes it backfires when it's shut off too. I only have 12 hours on it ( Don't have enough time to really enjoy it). Also, it sat for about a month and when I tried to start it yesterday it took forever. It started to start and just kept dying. Finally got it started, but the battery was just about dead before it finally started. By the way, this DS 650 is 100% stock. I was thinking of adding a K&N filter and rejetting the carb for the filter. Do you think this will help my problem? Anybody else have similar hard start problems?
