I just got off the phone with ctracing and they confirmed that they do carry performance products for the DS. They are developing their own kits to compete with the others builders. Just a heads up!

I guess this has been in develpoment for a while now. I was contacted by a "customer" of theres to see how to seal the head. It seemed that he was blowing head gaskets on a regular basis, and was hoping I could fix it. This is nothing against CT, they do some great work on 250R's and so forth, I just thought I would share what I heard, first hand. I would love to check out exactly what they do now.

myself really would like to see what they have to offer. i seen they have a 105mm piston for 200$ and the sleeve is 110$. if my calculations are right that makes 719cc. sounds pretty good to me. i was told they have cams being tested right now. I also heard of there valve springs being tested also. Really dont know prices on cams or springs yet but a 719cc quad for 310$ plus your machine work might run really good. And yes the piston comes with rings and pins.

I talked to CT today and the down side of that is that he ordered 5 pistons (105mm) that he has in stock and has not been able to find a head gasket that will work- they have not even installed one of their pistons in a DS yet and I was told they aren't planning on offering a big bore kit for the DS because they don't perceive the demand to be great enough.

I guess that goes along with what the "customer" was telling me months ago. Team Pami and I both feel that 5MM is to far to bore a stock cylinder. Considering that the stock cylinder is not sleeved at all[it's Nicasilled], I'm guesssing the install would not be easy or cheap.
