Well, I am only 10 days away from the end of my factory warranty, and the bike has only about 10 hrs actual running time....I know, low hours, so I call my dealer and get a quote for an extended warranty........$488 for a 4 year warranty through "Western Service". $25 deductible. Sounds like it covers alot of stuff.
I guess I am just looking for opinions. Also, has anyone gotten a better deal on a warranty? If so, where? Thanks!

 

So the real question is, do you think you'll have $500 or more worth of non-rider inflicted repairs in the next 4 years? Unless you toast the engine, I don't think many DS riders have to worry about that. I haven't seen anyone in the forums that has yet to have anything that costly outside of an entire engine, and that is pretty rare. The engine in the DS is known for being of a very refined, 'bulletproof' form.
