As I understand it, the XT is more a "special edition" model, similar to the Sportsman Remington, and not really a completely different model.

As I posted a long time ago, Bombardier will release two new quads this year. A 400 class 4x4, and an entry level machine. You'll just have to trust me on this.

We trust you Bob4x4! But I have heard that the next Bombardier model will be a 600cc sport/utility with an emphasis on the sport. It will probably have a conventional frame (not a step through design) and a manual shift/auto clutch transimission. Then the 400cc model. But, I have been wrong before.

If it's made by Bombardier, I would not buy it.
They have a proven reputation of making poor quality equipment. I've spent numerous years fixing their inferior products. They got this far
by making junk for the Canadian military at over inflated prices. They got this big by government handouts, playing politics. The government gave them lucritive contracts, paying for votes by giving jobs to Quebec.

jett,
I have heard nothing but wonderful things as far as Bombardier reliability. Although the only personal experience I have had with Bombardier are Sea-Doo watercraft, my friends and I have had zero complications due to any complications stemming from Bomardier production. Also, if the products maufactured for the Canadian army by Bombardier were junk, Canada would not be honoring them with future contracts.

Just my opionions...

Just my two cents worth...

Our company's Traxter has over 850 Km and it has been as reliable as our 1997 Honda Foreman and 1999 Polaris Sportsman 500.

JohnnyB, you could be right as I've not spoken to my "Bombardier mole" in a while. As for you Jett, I understand the animosity that English speaking Canadians have for French speaking Canadians, and vise versa. I believe this is where you are coming from, and this is not the place for it. My experience with their products gos back to the 70's, and I can say quality has never been a complaint. Besides if they had a quality problem at Bombardier, how many executives would fly in Learjets?
