Just checking on what bolt on mods (pipe,jetting,gearing,tires,etc.) you guys have on and what REALLY made it faster? My buddy has a raptor with pipe,jets,tires,and axle, and it really screams. I have a 440ex and wanted something a little bit bigger to ride on. My 440 is fast as hell but I like the way a raptor and ds650 feels. Really looking to buy that ds650 baja. Great looking machine.

Graydon full exhaust,K&N with outer wears,180 mj, air box lid off,Ronwoods rev box,Ohtsu tires. Plenty of power & speed.

 

I have the Ron Wood stage 1 kit. I felt the best mods over all was the CDI box, 23 inch front and 22 inch rear Holeshot XCT's and exhaust.

 

I have a modified endcap,Dynojet stage3 kit,and K&N carbmount filter. The best bang for the buck was DEFINATELY the modded endcap.(30$)
And I also run Skat-Trac 10/10/20 10 paddle Edge and 21/7 mohawks. This tire combo works good for me in the dunes.

My HMF slip-on pipe. It was $189, plus another $30 for a cheap design spark arrestor! But I bought the arrestor anyway.
The pipe made the bottom end power a bunch better. In fact yesterday it just got it's first scratch. My brother hit the gas hard in 2nd & stood it right up on the grab bar. 1st time that's ever happened.
