Shouldn't be to bad down there at that time. Usually a little warmer down there than SLC. That time of year should make you Superman on the dunes! Although, now that I say that you'll probably get a blizzard;-) Hope not, not that far south. Enjoy!

The Hurricane dunes sit at around 3000ft and Coral Pink at close to 6000ft. Kanab weather on yahoo should tell you. Drive four more hours north and show off that bottle on Little Sahara's, Sand Mtn. Never seen it, here ya go.....

Jeff, if you're just bringing the Baja to play with , Hurricane will be OK. There's not enough room for the 760. Little Sahara is much bigger.

Jeff, If you head up to Little Sahara, let me know, and I will meet you there. Especially if you are bringing the 760.

I really love little sahara, sand mountain is almost unbelievable.

I agree, Little Sahara is awesome. I went to Glamis over New Years for the first time and Sand Mountain is really similar to Olds hill if you are familiar with Glamis. Sand Mountain is probably a little taller (not much). I had heard so much about Glamis was so much better, but other than the fact that there are typically more people and more space (not much more) the two dunes are pretty similar. Little Sahara rocks!

I will be going to the Hurricane sand dunes on Sunday (pending good weather). I'll let you know how the sand is after I get back. It's not a very big place to ride nor does it have very many chalenging hills, but it is still fun. It's definetely not as good of dunes as Jericho and if you had the time it would be worth it to head up there. I think there might still be snow at Coral Pink. Maybe? It's low altitude but still get cold there.

Thanks Guys,
It will be a short trip for me,Wont have time to make it to Little Sahara.
But I think I will hit Pink Coral or the Hurricane dunes for a day(probably saturday)
I wouldn't mine hooking up with some one that knows the area.
I will be there with my Baja,I think my 760 will still apart.
I might be solo(not sure yet),dont really want to ride alone.
Pink Coral @ 6000'...should be cold Huh?
Jeff
