I called Denton, they didn't have any info, they're calling Yoshi, haven't heard back yet.
Got two new jets on the way - 205, 210. 210 is largest made for BSR carbs (DJ style).

I think the 200 main I have in is gonna be it, but I gotta go to the point of being too rich, then back off, to be satisfied.

After more riding and feeling things out, the third groove is where the needle belongs, just not quite sure on main yet. We'll see next week when jets show up, but the 200 is feeling pretty good.

Hightower, you could always order a handful of mikuni mains, and try the stock needle on the bottom clip? Wouldn't cost very much to experiment.

One step ahead of ya there buddy. Check out the pictures in my signature. I've got an FST oil cooler on the front of the frame. I put the 330 kit in my 250X. Tell ya what those things are fast!! The FST cooler kit only cost me $95 though.

Sweet Need4Speed!

Buttfungus - After I receive the two jets I ordered from Dynojet - 205,210 - I will have every jet known to man for this carb - none bigger than 210 are offered. I have no doubts I'll get her tuned right, it just sucks that the manufacturer can't help the buyer save some time and gas.

The Dynojet needle has more adjustment than the stock needle - it can be raised higher than the stock. 3rd groove on Dyno needle is equal to length of 5th groove on stock needle, but the taper is a little different, so I will try the stocker again on 5th groove just to see if the taper changes throttle response at all.

Hightower, Yeah, I figured you had all the bases covered! Just trying to help solve the yoshi jetting mystery! I'm sure, it will be great info, when you get 'er dialed in! I can't believe Yoshi can't offer any help! Did they design a pipe without any testing? Were they just trying to get an exhaust on the market? hmmmmm.....Keep us posted man!

Alright! You won't be sorry getting the RW cdi! I love how mine is running right now with the direct mount k&n, stock needle on the last notch and 180 mikuni main, with air/fuel screw out 2.75 turns or so. I don't really have any flat spots. I may try going up one or two mikuni main jet sizes after a few runs. Have to wait until I can open her up! Darn rain! Are you guys going to Little Sahara on Memorial day weekend?

Okay, look for me, can't miss me - tallest 4-wheeler pilot in the place - on a yellow DS, ridin' with a raptor, banshee, and several hondas.

What am I looking for?
