I doubt Denton will have the info I need when I call them tomorrow, if they have info, it will probably be what is needed with stock air box.

I run with an open air box, and I'm pulling much more air this way, way more than my RWR pipe with no lid. Currently, as stated in my "turbocharger" thread, I have the 200 main in with needle on 4th groove (all dynojet, sizes different than mikuni) and I'm still too lean.

If I put the lid on my air box, the bike will barely stay running when I give it gas, hard stumbles, indicating way to rich. I would guess that if running with air box closed up like stock, the 2nd or 3rd groove with somewhere around 190 main would be about right.

I like the Dynojet needle better than stock, taper is different, but as far as all the jets in the kit go, I wasted my money now that I have this Yoshi. They're all too small.

I'll let you know my final settings once I get more jets and finalize the tuning.

Denton had no jetting info - they're supposed to be trying to get it from Yoshi for me, but all they get is an answering machine too, like me.
We're on our own, 'cause manufacturers don't give a crap about helping out their customers.

I'll let you know my final settings asap, next week sometime.

Domi - here's what I ended up with, after I found and repaired a vacuum leak in my slide diaphram that caused me a bunch of wasted trial and errors -

I'm running an open air box with snorkels removed, K&N filter, the stock needle on the 5th (bottom) groove, Mikuni 180 main jet, idle mixture screw 2-1/2 turns out. If you are using Dynojet I think this would equate to around the 3rd groove from top, 190 main. If you are leaving the lid on your airbox with the stock snorkels in place, then you will most likely need to leave the stock needle on the 4th groove (dynojet 2nd from top) and use a 170 or 175 main (180 or 185 dynojet).

I'm at sea level, drop your main jet one size for every 3000 feet higher you are.
