Has anyone done a shoot out on pipes for the DS?
I was wondering what pipe is best for the DS. (HP increase)

No shootout has been, and until one is done nobody will know what the best hp increase is. They all have to be done under the same conditions, on the same dynomometer, and until then all comparisons are just opinion with no facts. Some pipes may have more peak hp, others more hp at midrange - peak hp is not the most important power characteristic - smoothness of the power curve is wht I like...and we won't see them 'til we get a shootout...

I also have to be leary of Dirt Wheels shootouts - how influinced are they by manufacturers?? A while back they did a Raptor pipe shootout, and they said they followed the manufactureres instruction to the letter for air box and jetting mods. I just bought a Yoshimura pipe for my DS, and not only did I not get any instructions - Denton Racing where I got it says there are none. I call Yoshi - they have none - they don't exist!!!
