Is it possible to get more lower end power? I love my BAJA, but I think it acts to much like a 2 stroke on the low end. You nail the gas, takes off good then around 3000 RPM, you had better be hanging on. Its like a power band kickas in or something. I dont think I need more low end, but is there a way to even out some? (I finally got my bike back!!!)Thanks.

Put on some kind of Slip-On, or modified Endcap, then put on a Better air filter(K&N or UNI). And ofcourse jett it accordingly. Their is PLENTY of torque to be had in your BAJA, you just have to "un-cork" it. LITERALLY!!

I thought the same thing. I bought a HMF slip-on & now I can take off in tall grass from a dead stop in 4th gear. If I get traction I can lift the wheels in 3rd gear. Only mods are HMF & K&N jet kit.

I added a K&N (no lid), Pro-Circuit T-4, and a 15T front sprocket to make up for the 22" rear tires and I have a hard time keeping the front end down first to third. A great place to look for info on pipe and jets is an old post by buttfungus - look at his web site here:
