I feel that my front shocks are way to soft. I can be running hard and just let off teh gas it nose dives. I see that you just need to turn the nut on the bottom of the shock to make it stiffer. But, what kinds tool do you use? Is there a special wrench for that? Thanks.

Use a adjustable hook spanner wrench.

just twist the springs by hand. the springs have a grove on them to spin the nut along with them

Jack the front end off the ground, spray the threads with WD-40 and turn the springs by hand. It will give your forearms a workout after turning both shocks 10 revolutions!
