Don has been a great help to me in the past and I really appreciate all he has done in this forum, unfortunately my purchases with him were rather limited because it seemed that he rarely had items in stock - I like many others, like instant gratification when I have $$$
burning a hole in my pocket and so I shop.

I did have a good experiance with Gary @TVI and used his company for the last round of mods I did to my bike. I paid a little extra for the service he provides in packaging all the parts and finding out what works well and what doesn't - the DS is still new enough that we are all guinea pigs to some extent but it's worth a little extra to me to have someone do the leg work and provide technical assistence when I need it- and yes he is filling Pami orders!

 

Guys, Knutz has NOT been banned. As mentioned earlier, probably just busy.

Man thats just what I like to hear!! My motor is at Knutz's now too..and in Germany, while I did get a little scare from some of the speculation going on I now know that all is OK and we're on schedual, I'm looking forward to riding my 760 on the 4th of July [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

thats good news gary i hope he gets caught up and jions us soon but i do understand self employment sucks.

 

Let me just say one more thing, The NINE law suits on Don can't be because he's not answering the phone.

 

Man and I though Ds Days got out of hand. LOL It's like a little soap opera here on the Connection, I cant leave the comp for more than 5 minutes or I'll be lost on whats going on. I do think it is good though so people know who to use and not to so we all can protect our investments.

 

Cut Don some slack. I know he is not out to PULL ONE OVER ON YOU. He is just a small shop trying to make a living, amoung the big fishes. I am sure he is more frustrated than those waiting for the product. Maybe Jeff can give him a small businees loan, then he can stock a 1,000,000 dollars worth of parts, buy a dyno and become a dealer. All said and done PAMMI is expensive, more than it should, but a very nice product. If you really want to go fast, DON is the MAN. Ron woods is good, but Don is FAST. So do you want to be good or FAST. Looks like you do not get both. I do miss Don's post because he does not sugar coat them. He is not afraid to speak his opinion. Some engine builders in Yamaha land are afraid to post, for being ridiculed.


Piehole- not that it matters, but many years ago i had a Service station franchise, i got sued a few times for crap i never saw or did. Sometimes people are just that way. I have a lot of rent property now, and if the tennents think they could collect a quarter...............

 

Hey hey hey 14 who says ron woods is not fast the 686's AT SAND MT NV MEMORIAL DAY WOULD PROABABLY DISAGREE WITH THAT STATMENT.LOL as none touched my slow woods
and remember we play with the big woods.

 

AZ- sorrry i did not word that right. Never said anything about a 686. Meant to say that pammi does a lot of internal beefing up and changing parts. Ron wood and trinity are closer to bolt ons except the head port and polish.

 

hey no offence taken i was just haveing fun too.I figured it was getting a little tense on this thread and figured you gave me a chance to lighten it up a little.
