I just bought a NOS kit from RWR.

Did any of you guys that installed NOS on your DS650 adjust the timing? Nos Tech support told me to retard it 2 deg. Eliot at Ron Woods Racing said to run it the way it is. What should I do?

Can you guys tell me the best place to install the bottle?
I don't want to remove the air box,and I have a PeP sreering dampner up front

Pictures would be nice.

Here is the spot I was thinking about. I think this won't work because the bottle is not in the right position. What do you guys think?

DsDude,
Your bottle does need to be on an angle,it will work like that but you wont get all the N20 that is available. It would suck having to change bottles every couple of runs.
AZSAND has his on the rear grab bar............

NOS bottles come with siphon tubes and, in order to maintain proper nitrous pickup, it is important to mount the bottle correctly. Recommend mounting of the bottle is at a 15 degree angle with the valve end higher than the bottom of the bottle. The valve **** and label should face straight up.

Well I am not Jeff but I could see a few problems withit. First from that angle it looks as if you would be blocking much air flow to your radiator. Second it looks like you would only be able to use on mounting ring. That may be enough, I dont know but I would use two rings. Just curious as to why you want to keep that power robbing Air box? Those look like some sweet nerf bars, could you throw up a pic or a link of them and the heel guards? Looks like a nice DS!
