I went yesterday. I was the only person there I guess cause it was 110 degrees, but it wasn't to bad as long as you have enough fluids [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
Anyway it was my first time there and I have to say I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it was. I would have to say that it is bigger than Dumont and the "comp" hill is steeper.
Dumont (comp hill)I can do in third gear open. This one no matter what I did
I had to down shift to second 2/3 of the way up it.
The sand is also much heavier than Dumont IMO.
Just a little review for you guys.

Dude, I have not been there since I've bought the Ds. But what do you mean "bigger than Dumont". fropm what I remember, it was tall but not as big acerage wise.

Where in Vegas do you Live?

Hey ds650builder i was at sand mt nv and on my way home i discoverd armagosa what a place ive never been to doumont but armagosa is out of this world did you find the table tops on the west end i was getting some major air i love that place.

Amargosa seems to be more spread out then Dumont. But either way I was expecting to be disappointed when I got there, but definatly wasn't. BTW, I live about 10 mins. from Nellis dunes Northeast
by Washington and Nellis.

Yeah, that was what I really liked about the place. There were all kinds of great jumps and there was noone there. Later
