I've got to get mine off cause I sold it along with the 45mm carb. I can't get the top bolt out. My guess is that I have to remove the tank and the motor mount. Is that correct?

You dont have to remove the tank. Remove the carb and then all you need is an allen wrench with a ball end to get the top SHCS loose. I'd suggest removing the top one first and then the two outer ones. T

Its hard to explain, but I'll try. Imagine an allen wrench. Now on the long end of the allen wrench imagine a ball on the end with hesxagaonal sides to it. This allows you to put the long end of the allen wrench into the Socket Head Cap Screw at an angle and still be able to tighten/loosen without stripping the head out. I'll find a link to one on Harbor Freight or something, gimmie a minute

The size you need is a 5MM in case you didn't already know.
