Scooby,

Initially I thought I had water in the tank but reading that other DS owners complain of a similar occurrence I suspect you may be right.

Quite frankly I am less apt to modify/ upgrade my bike until I'm more familiar with it than apparently lots of other riders are. Therefore I guess I'm looking for an answer such as jetting to come from a sharp & eager DS owner who's gonna get it right before even the factory knows how.

Jetting or pipe...I'm still a tad disappointed that it wasn't sorted out during testing. Small problem though, considering the outrageous fun I'm having with my mighty 'Yella Terra' DS 650.

Roost on,

Yella Terra

I never got around to mentioning it, but my oil light flickering problem did come back again. I have been ignoring it untill I get around to replacing the sensor. There is a rev A sensor that replaces the original one but it is on back order.

I've had this problem once before with a car, it was the sending unit. Might want to replace that, especially since the problem goes away after rev'ing it up.
