I'm asking if anyone has installed the CT Radiator Shrouds on their Baja Edition DS650?
I have a 2000 DS and am getting ready to install the Baja's light kit. I want to know if the shrouds bolt right up or you have to modify them.
CT says they should fit and if not they will refund my $$.
I'm just trying to avoid the hassle of sending them back if they don't fit.
Also, has anyone installed the Baja lights on their older DS? Any problems with the install I should be aware of?

Yes they will fit. Don't use the top brackets that come with the shroud.

Just bolt them on the aluminum cover for the lights. I use a small rubber washer in between.

I havent put the radiator shrouds on yet but plan on it. As for the baja lights I've been looking around and haven't found anybody that make a light kit for the big lights. the ones you see in the pictures were custom made I know because i called the guy that made them. I'm setting my ds up for desert racing but I'll have to have someone make some brackets and powder coat them.

I just got my shrouds in. I havent gotten to put them on yet. Can someone tell me what parts i will need to get from a part store. Do i need longer bolts do i need rubber bushings? Any hints would be appreciated.

yea I talked to ricky about it he's the one that made the lighting system for the baja 2000 ds. It was all custom work and he didn't know anybody that make brackets for the ds ie large lights.
