So, where are we going? Kennedale, or Ennis? I vote Ennis, because it's closer to me. Not sure if I can make it, or not, I have to have my wisdom teeth pulled Friday morning (Ouch!)

 

Its hard pack sand and grass as far as the drag strip goes. I have some hole shots that work pretty good. Its not far from Denton off of 35 in Decater.

 

I haven't heard back from Kennedale yet, hopefully sometime tomorrow. Ennis would be cool, but almost everybody would be topped out not too far past the 1/8 mile mark, kennedale would probly be better for the quads. I'll go out to either one though, i'd love to race some cars lol

 

can you run paddle tires out there? i think that is the only way that my bike will hook up now.

mark you are coming to rocky ridge arn't you? and dsmike i don't think paddle tires will work good you can try. i gave bobby directions sounds like he is going i would like to see you there.

 

650 maniac- where are you going to be sat or sunday? Are you running alky? I will not be running alky at this point. I really do not want to run alky period, but i also don't want to get roosted on. Raptorboy673 going to be there? I ran chris tonight but a few lengths on him. Randy put 1 to 1/2 in the 300 at my place. I have no idea about the 660. Is this strip marked off? i have a car you can race. i don't think the DS will be top at the 1/8.
i have been racing the 1/8 everysaturday and i have been running 7.9's at 83. i think i can gear up and make it CLOSE to the 1/4.

 

i think the 1/4 would be more fun, i'd like to see what some of this stuff would top out at, or not top out yet. i'm usually hitting 5th right at the 1/8 when we race at 14mins place so i figure i'd be topped out before the 1/4. Maybe i'll try to get a 14 tooth and put it on to see how it does. So when to we want to head out to ennis? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
