I coach at LaSalle High School. We haven't gone to the Ironman yet, but do get a chance to wrestle some of the competition from up north during our season. Pennsylvania is one of the better wrestling states when it comes to college recruiting. Penn State and Lock Haven are both great wrestling schools.

Hey Mad what do you think about Rulon Gardner? He and I grew up together. I am a couple of years older than him though.

Angry, Rulon Gardner is amazing. I got a chance to meet him and pick up his auto a few months after the olympics. He is one massive guy, I will say that. Also, Rockey if your team get's the chance, I would highly suggest the Ironman, it is one of the toughest tournaments in the north east, following Beast of the East. Waynesburg, did very well this year at the ironman, picking up 2 or 3 firsts, and another placer or 2. Also at the Beast, there are 64 teams, we placed 16th and only took 5 kids. We were very fortunate this year to have 2 state champions, 1-runner up and a 5th place and finish 3rd team wise. Also both the champ's were only juniors. When my junior high team attended the Junior Ironman, I was very impressed with the caliber of wrestling out there, even though your weights are a little weird Well hopefully you get to attend it in the near future and good luck.

Family activities always-

Summer:
Boating, Waterskiing & Wakeboarding (my first love and never thought it would ever fade)
Swimming and hanging out in the pool (blender drinks)
Spring, Fall (and some winter):
Quadding (I actually find myself anxious for Fall this year)
Camping (Weekend Warrior Trailer with the Quads in it.)
Winter:
Snow skiing maybe a couple times a year but, would rather be on the quad.

Late fall, winter, and spring is all snowmobiling. Maybe a week long trip down to glamis with the quads. Summer is for quads and getting all the stuff done around the house so we can have all the winter weekends free. Oh ya, and i go to college so there is a big chunk of my time.
