Relay fan?

This is gonna be my 4th relay fan to put on my bike and im getting pissed!!!!ne one else have problems with theres??

Do you mean fan relay? According to the elctrical print symbol it is just a switch, not actually a relay. Mine has never screwed up.
I did have to replace my fan though, because an exhaust I used to have would not fit behind the heat shield, so I removed it, and then cooked the motor winding insulation.

Tate, i dont know man, if mine ever goes out im gonna buy an eletric automotive style fan and mount one on the back of the radiator in the stock location and hook it up to a toggle switch, should work better any way.

I couldn't find anything watertight that would fit other than the OEM.
they can be bought for $70.00 at offroadwarehouse.com, when you contact them they know the part number for the DS fan.

Hightower your talking to a semi owner of an Automotive parts store (BAJA99X) He will probaly know what you can buy

Baja99x - let us know if you find anything that will work well, that'd be great.
No auto parts store or industrial supply company around me (indiana) could hook me up, not even McMaster Carr or Granger. I found plenty 12V fans, but not watertight, and thin enough to fit in the space provided.

Hey Tate is the fan messed up on the Lt250. OOOPS they do not have a fan do they. Damn watercraft.....LMAO....Just jacking with you.
