The four magnets inside the motor are not the same - two of them have a white mark, the other two don't. The poles are opposite for each pair, and if they weren't re-installed the same as they came out this can cause the problem.

 

Mine had red on them but ya, all i did was put them across from each other. And mine works great.

 

Well, there ya go. I did not notice that. I knew it had to be something I did not do correctly. Naturally, LOL.
