I am looking at the cannondale' ATV's.

I love my DS ,but prefer something with the speed ,but lighter.

I do a lot of MX style riding.

Do any of you have a cannodale or experience them compared to the DS?

Your thoughts?

 

The only experience I have with a Cannondale is at the local drag strip. The Cannondale has the usual compliment of bolt ons including a wheelie bar and gets whooped by my wife quite a bit (on a nearly stock DS) As far as motorcross goes....you`d be happier with the OTHER brand....

 

The Ds is a good quad. Not for me, but that doesn't matter. Next time you see a Dale ask to ride it. Ask if it has Moto mapping. I'm not gonna bash on other quads you'll see for yourself. My opinion is 250r handling, revs like a two stroke and faster then my fully piped Raptor. The perfect quad, especially for mx......Not bashing this is my experience......

 

I swore by my DS until I rode A Cannondale Speed. They have throttle response that a DS could only dream of and just awesome power. The DS is a great bike but I think you would be happier with the Speed.

 

ds is in my corral right now and i'm eyeing up a c-dale for the MRS. cannon is top for mx and ds for wide open, whatever you do please dont buy the new suzsucki. i raced them at silver and they eat the roost just as good as any 400ex on the strip.i was not impresed at all with that machine. granted it might have been whimpy pilots but regardless i shunned all of them. Dirtwheels must have recieved a handsome check from charlie chan to hype the bike up. i'll keep my business on this side of the pond.
