Hi There,

I bought a DS650 Baja, and I tried to stand Up (wheeler) this Quad, but it's not easy.

Someone have some tricks to give to me. I would like to able to stand up this big Quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

There are two ways. THis engine makes power in the midrange but it has a long swingarm, it like to go farward instead of up.

one way is to rev it up to about 3500rpm and then hit it. And the other is from a stand still pop the clutch.

Even though i can do it just by punching it in 1st from a stand still. I might have more weight then you so it might be easier.

Sit as far back on the seat as you can. Gets the weight off the front end and helps it come up.

i weigh 125lbs.....i can wheelie in any gear, it did take me a while to learn but after you ride a little bit it will just come natural.

Ya dude, i have not found any one that can out wheelie me on my ds.
Hold in the clutch part way, rev it up and drop the clutch, right when you are droping the clutch pull back on the bars...
After a while you will be able to change gears doing wheelies...

HAVE FUN...

The DS just has a huge balance point...i think its easy...even tho the raptor gets up quicker, it doesnt balance as well

I personally think a pipe will help you stand it up easier or atleast mine was
