Powdercoating frame and swingarm?
#3
I was going to label and take pictures of everything so I make sure it would get put back together right. I was just curious if there was any special tools you need to take the quad apart and put it back together or is it all just basic hand tools.

To put it back together properly, you should buy or make a tool to hold the first swing arm nut in place as you torque the second nut to it. The first nut should be set to toque, and if you can't hold it while you "sinch" the second one to it, it can tighten up and cause the swing arm pivot to bind.
It's not an absolute neccesity, but it helps do it right.

If you're going that far, spend another $50 for a shop manual from the dealer, then you'll have all the torque specs too. there are many, and they are all important. there's a lot of tricky little stuff everywhere, o-rings and such, and the parts diagrams are invaluable too.
Be aware, some conversions in shop manul are incorrect, I've found a few, and I'm sure there are more I've missed. Just be sure to calculate the metric-inch / foot pounds-newton meters conversions yourself for confirmation before trusting them.
