The ball joint clip recall happened before we even recieved our 2000 ds's they stoped dealers from releasing the frist batch of 2000's until they solved the problem most dealers had them for two months before they could even sell them
my frist ds was in on this recall and i could not take delivey on it until they corrected the problem i don't belive any were relased with the problem thats why no one recieved a recall notice. but check and make sure!

I think Bombardier should recall something with the shocks. I know two other people that have broke there front shocks from big air. the problem though seems to not be the shocks but a misalighment, wait let me restate that, an improper angle theat the shock is in. Ask any aftermarket arm maker and they will tell you thats what it is. DSaholic has new arms and have had no problems since, prior to this his Works shocks couldn't even hold up and they would become J shaped really quick. A desighn flaw Bomb seems to be choosing to ignore although i have yet to hear of anyone doing this with the new baja style a-arms that are supposedly the same. We'll find out soon enough!!
